Plicaturopsis crispa
This fungus has distinctively intricate, gill-like wrinkles on the spore-bearing surface. The upperside of the caps had slightly concentric zoning and brown-orange colors. The caps were 1-2cm wide.
Saprobic - growing in overlapping clusters on a decaying branch in a deciduous forest.

Each piece of fungus, in Photo No. 1, looks like a real flower....the colors of the fungus, and the colors of the decaying branch, both compliment each other....this is one photo, that I can't stop looking at, because the two main colors, are so well balanced with each other....
