Description:

This nudibranch has a very frilly mantle and two sets of gills. It is one of the largest members of its family, Chromodorididae.

Habitat:

The tropical waters of the Indo-Pacific region.

Notes:

This particular nudibranch was photographed at a depth of about 16 meters. We found it on a coral wall at the dive site called Mushroom Rock, Samal Island, Philippines.
