As the name suggests, the adults are all white excluding the bill, skin around eye, and feet. They stand about 1 foot high. Juveniles are mostly brown with a few white blotches, and belly.
Coastal areas, fields, marshes, and gold courses.
Was probing the ground for grubs and other invertebrates.

Thanks! Ps.I Identified your green worm as an io moth larvae. I know it is definitely that because I raised 9 this summer.
