Spotting

Description:

size of a 25 centavo coin (Philippine coin)... its cap moist and glows in the dark

Habitat:

old and rotting logs and barks that have fallen to the ground

Notes:

the first time i noticed this mushroom was at night when i saw it glowed at a side of a fallen rotting Mahogany (Swietenia macrophylla) log... eventually i saw other individuals in rotting fallen branches

looks like Mycena chlorophos only found in SE Asia! Usually found growing on wood and amongst leaf litter.
