Thanks skinheaddave! I noticed that a lot of different looking spiders have the same name. Very hard to find a match for a scientific name. I added the genus you suggested.
You are absolutely right. Definitely tetragnathidae. You can even see those jaws in the pic. I would say Tetragnatha sp. but without the specimen in hand and some papers (and possibly a disection) you have next to no chance of a definitive ID. A lot of the visual cues on these guys are shared among several fairly polymorphic species.
