Nostoc comune (cianobacteria)
Nostoc es un alga del género de cianobacterias de agua dulce o terrestres, perteneciente a la familia Nostocaceae, forma colonias esféricas. En tiempo húmedo constituye masas gelatinosas, hidratadas, informes y blandas de algunos centímetros, de color verde oliváceo o marrón, que descansan sobre rellanos de roca o claros de suelo yermo. En cambio, en tiempo seco se reduce a unas láminas negras, pequeñas y frágiles, que pasarán desapercibidas. Aparecen tras la lluvia como salidas de la nada.

Hey! I used to have these little Seaweed type things grow in the ditch at my old house before I moved! After it would rain in the Spring, the water would fill up in the ditch & these would grow. I hope you find out what they are!
