Triturus vulgaris
Triturus by stumpy body brown in color with dark typical spread diffusion. Lower parts very clear, tending to whitish, with a central strip orange. Head with blue-strié dark side. Smooth Skin. During the reproduction period, in spring, the males are a showy ridge that part from the neck and reaches the rear. The crest is also present in the lower part of the tail and takes a lively color from orange to red. The cloaca, black in color, swells visibly.
