I agree with KatCuff, it pretty much looks like a Bottle brush to me too.

To me it looks like a bottle brush plant. The soft fuzzy flowers are very pretty and the tree itself is hardy and grows in most climates. I maybe wrong, but you can look at the references to see if the rest of the plant looks the same. Nice shot!
