Common Buzzard

Buteo buteo

Description:

It's a medium to large bird of prey. The Common Buzzard measures about 50 cm in length with a wingspan of about 120 cm. The plumage can vary from almost pure white to black, but is usually shades of brown, with a pale 'necklace' of feathers.

Habitat:

covers most of Europe and extends into Asia

Notes:

This bussard seamed to like the picture taking of mine. He always flew about 50 -100 m a long the road and waited till I'm catched up to take further pics.
