Eristalis pertinax
Eristalis look like bees, but are actually flies, hoover flies to be more specific. Some of the species, like this one, are very common. This peticular specimen had visited a male Salix caprea ( willow) for food .

Definitely fly eyes !! :)
I can see why they resemble bees.
