Description:

A large crocodilian of the americas. Can get up up to 20 feet or 6.1 meters. Note longer snout, but smaller head (and eye) to body ratio and pronounced dorsal ridges as compared to the previous spotting

Notes:

The first croc of our trip and the only while in the Tortuguero area. We would later see a couple 15 footers in Tarcoles
