The problem with taking pictures from these lovely creatures in New Zealand is that you are not allowed to approach them. If you want to capture them on your photo, you will have to do so from a spotting area. As you can see on photo nr. four there is a good reason why.

Yes I did but the quality is not that good as it was late in the afternoon and in the shade.
