Nice spotting ACAL
I would say its in the Cryptophis genus, either a small eyed or carpentaria snake, though on your far away shot it tends to resemble a Furina barnardi with the head slightly darker than the body.

Definitely open to suggestions, what else could it be with that white belly? It was around a metre in length.
