Photo take near to mangrove area. This is the most common bird in all the area specially where is people close i don´t see this bird inside the jungle or places far from human contact.???

Habitat:

from Kansas in the northeast to southern California in the northwest down to northwest Peru and northwest Venezuela

Yes is very strange their relation whit humans
Cuervo is the right name, also local call them Hurracas.

No idea, but we have lots of common grackles round here & they also seem to hang out around populated areas. By the way, the local name for this species is cuervo!
