A wagtail would be quite a sighting in Mexico. This is a typical Western Palm Warbler.

Great photos!

As far as my suggestion goes, I am not so sure that the Grey Wagtails exist in your area.
But do some search on Wagtails in your country, it's a Wagtail for sure.
