Clania lewinii

Clania lewinii

Description:

A small stick case built from black wattle (Acacia mearnsii). Length was about 24mm long. I have often found one similar on eucalyptus and larger with one or two sticks overlength. I believe this is different.

Habitat:

In a suburban natures reserve.

It does look different. It looks shorter, and toy would expect the food-plant to be specific for different species.
There sure are many shapes.
