Hey, I found it near a pond with froggs and dragonfly's. Is that similar to yours?

Pochempie, a friend of ours saw something similar here in Victoria, Australia, just recently. None of us know what it is - could you tell us where you found it ( the kind of place) and did you break any part of it - notice anything of interest ? would love to know. Thanks.
