Yes, with the green iridescence it has to be.

It was near the cotton mill in the city. This one is the male one isn't it Liam?

Beautiful example of a Mulard! You can see the wattles on the face and the greenish iridescence on the head, as well as the speculum.

wow this is a tough one. Im assuming this was photographed in the city right?

I find many stocked ponds in the states have introduced or domestic species that survive solely on handouts. the white colour on the bill of this bird indicates it is most likely a colour morph of something like a mallard or domestic duck.
