Ok, that could also be. In that Case i agree with the common gull, because it was not of the size of a Caspian Gull.
The yellow legs suggest it might be a Common Gull or a Caspian Gull, but since this bird looks like it has a short neck, I suggest its a Common Gull.
I´m not sure, but I think, thats a black-headed Gull, too.
