I saw this poor creature at a (back when it was) recently discovered cave and underground river and small zoo all rolled together. He was tied up because he was very abusive with the guests and zookeepers he would steal cameras and food so they tied him during the day and released him at closing time he always came back to the zoo regardless of the tying up the zookeeper told everyone there that everyday the monkey would hand him the harness so he could be tied. Too funny
