Description:

Deciduous shrub, some 3m in height. Bright red berries come in pairs, pointing upwards. Toxic.

Habitat:

Mixed alpine and subalpine forests.

Notes:

Berries are mildly toxic, can provoke abdominal pains and diarrhea.
