A yellow scale often in overlapping clusters with fuzzy hairy processes. Small pale yellow insect lacking wings, .

Notes:

There are two spottings here with the first having deeper and thicker cups. This scale looks a bit similar to scale #1 with similar color and lattice structure. Scale #1 has some 'fur' and is solitary in this spotting.
