Description:

Small light brown spider with eight eyes surrounding a lighter eyebrow ridge. There are four spotted dimples on its huge abdomen.

Habitat:

Suburban backyard, attracted to kitchen window possibly for hunting.

The badge ones are quite common but I cannot say if they are more aggressive. They are certainly not getting my finger.

I love this shot, I heard the badge ones were the ones that were most likely to chomp on a finger?

The badge huntsman has a pair of false eyes strategically positioned to discourage attack from the rear.
