Short-lived perennial wildflower, which readily re-seeds and can cover an open area in a few seasons. Bright flowers of mixed yellow, red, and orange are attractive to insects and gardeners.

Habitat:

Native to Eastern, Central and Southern United States. Prefers, sunny, well-drained areas. Will grow year-round in warm climates.
