Description:

while adult Herring Gull's look like fairly stereotypical Seagull's. the juvenile's are covered with these beautiful brown specks

Habitat:

around beaches and coastline. breeding up north around Canada and Alaska, but coming south around the Carolinas to settle down for most of the year

Notes:

herring gull adults look like fairly average seagulls, but their young have these beautiful brown speckles all over them up until they reach full maturity

Alright thank you for letting me know that there was a problem with the first photograph! I've gone ahead and replaced both images just to be safe, hopefully now they should both show up perfectly fine
