that look to be a wax- cap, first i thought at red stropharia but yours has also a red stripe/stem and look waxy/slimy. Wax caps are "hygrocybe" , take a look at costa ricas local hygrocybe. Maybe even "Hygrocybe firma" ( ) good luck.
