Crab Spider

Description:

This spider was about 3/8" including the legs. It is living among heliconia psittacorum

Habitat:

Tropical dry forest in NW Costa Rica half way through the six month dry season.

Hey Karen, I was actually hand watering some plants when I unknowingly sprayed this guy off his perch. That is when I caught sight of it and got some shots.
Mr Mironczyk, I think your species suggestion is mainly fro Europe. However, it does seem possible that the genus is worldwide. Thank you for the suggestion.
