Hi Renata! If you look at the wiki link you'll see that the ventral view of the paper kite is quite different from your second shot...

no its not the same butterfly (now i see it too) but maybe the same species...?!?

My suggestion is for the first shot. As indicated by Cindy the second shot seems to be a different butterfly.

Are these two images of the exact same butterfly?
