Description:

Black-tailed prairie dogs are generally tan in color, with lighter-colored bellies. Their tails have black tips, from which their name is derived.

Habitat:

Black-tailed prairie dogs are native to grassland habitats in North America. These live in Pairi Daiza, Belgium.
