Gyponana
This leafhopper nymph is in the Gyponana genus, but I can't pin the ID down any better than that. About 4mm in length and bright green with black wing coverings and red eyes. Legs are black.
On a bush at the edge of a yard and deciduous forest.

Lovely spot! You should consider adding this to the Mimetic Animals mission!
This is the only one of these I've ever seen. Not sure if they are common but just so well-camouflaged that I miss them (they're also small) or if they are simply not common here. I'm going to spend a bit more time looking for them specifically this coming summer.
Wonderfully detailed photo and nice spotting.
Such a beautiful leafhopper.. :-)
