Found this guy eating our "Big Boy Hybrid" tomatoes.
Looks like one of the Manduca sp. Sphinx moths. Perhaps this one or similar 9this one is in FL and feeds on tomato):

My first thought is a tomato cutworm. Detail of the lower parts might confirm that.
