Green Frogs

Lithobates clamitans

Description:

Small to medium-sized green frogs. Green frogs have dorsolateral ridges that run down the sides of their backs, which distinguishes them from bullfrogs, which lack them.

Habitat:

There were 4 frogs in this small woodland pool. It's amazing that there was any water left in this tiny pool since we haven't had much rain in the past few weeks.
