Not the best pic. But can anyone help me ID this spider? They are living inside on the underside of the baseboards where I work. They have the round cotton ball looking egg sac webs. And leave paint looking splatter dots on the floor where they reside.

Also, I just learned that there is such thing as a Brown Widow Spider.

It looks like a Black Widow Spider. But, it may not be. Here is a link to help identify a Black Widow.
