Cyclochila australasiae
Shell of an Australian Cicada nymph after the winged cicada had emerged. At this time of year, on hotter days, we find several new ones each day as the cicadas emerge from underground
Cyclochila australasiae is commonly found from south-east Queensland through eastern New South Wales and Victoria to the Grampians, to Mount Gambier in South Australia.
