Description:

Cluster; cap of largest, ca 1" diameter; convex. Gills: Tan showing dark spots; attached, distant. Stipe: ca. 6mm diameter; hollow. Spore print: brown

Habitat:

Growing at edge of pavement; actually looks as if they came up through the looser gravel/asphalt. Recently mowed grass at edge of pavement. No apparent association with roots; nearest tree ca. 50 feet away in field.
