http://www.avianweb.com/commonbuzzards.h... I have just looked at some more images of buzzards & hawks and I still tend to think it is the Common Buzzard but I'm not an ornithologist. Which hawk do you think it could be alicelongmartin?
Looks like a hawk to me.
