Description:

A fungus that is wrapped onto a fallen mossy branch of about 150mm dia. like a tight yellow-ochre sleeve with pores visible on the outside.

Habitat:

Very damp, dense and tall eucalyptus forest.

Notes:

Like an inside-out pore fungus on a wet log.
Pores or ostioles, openings from which the ascospores are released ??
