Approx. 140mm tall; pileus cone shaped with irregular margin bronze-dark grey on top; white gills; white narrow parallel stipe (10mm dia.); no frills; stipe and gills recede to pileus;

Habitat:

Initially sideways then vertical growth from a mossy log in moist, tall eucalyptus forest.
