Description:

Very small kingfisher from the Tropical America. they like perching in small branches by calm waters where they cash tiny fish or crayfish

Habitat:

Dense forest and wetlands.In Costa Rica we can find it in Tortuguero, Corcovado, Caño Negro wetlands.
