Description:

Large waterbird that spends most of its life at sea. White with black wingtips, long white bill and long white tail and pointed wings.

Habitat:

Nests on offshore islands and inaccessible cliffs. Forages offshore. Winters at sea.

Thank you Christy! I've never seen them before this week. They are so much fun to watch. I only wish I had a longer lens - I was using a 55-300mm. A 500mm or 600mm lens would be nice :)
