Acacia Leafbeetle

Peltoschema hamadryas

Description:

this small plae green leaf beetle was about 7 mm long, slightly larger than the fire blight beetle. It had black patterns at the wing base and middle. The outer elytral margins were clear.
The pronotum looked slightly damaged -the anterior margin showed some black.

Habitat:

Spotted on Acacia wattle.

Notes:

Patterns vary in this species as can be seen in the reference link.

This poor guy lost half of his pronotum.
The black mark is on its head.
