Looks like a widow to me. I think black widow but the range overlaps so it may be Northern or Southern.

I think it's Sweetgum. For a minute I thought maybe some kind of Maple but Sweetgum looks closer to it. Are there any others in the area with the spiky fruit? If they're the same you should have it. Nice shot.
