No, the photo is around the right way. I have added another one which shows it more clearly (I should have used this originally).

I tasted some of the powder which was extremely bitter - can see why they add loads of sugar. And a chocolate bar is definitely a whole lot yummier. :)

This is correct, the seeds are used to make cocoa powder/chocolate.
