Sign In to followWell, we have a few blueberries, and I agree that's what it looks like to me also. The larger leaves make me think Highbush Blueberry (Vaccinium corymbosum) but there is also V. darrowii, and V. myrsinites. Now the Lyonia species (Staggerbush) are very similar but to me they seem to have shorter rounder flowers.
Yes, I would say A. mexicana, Mexican Poppy.
This one has lost two arms which are starting to grow back.
It is either the Common (P. communis) or the White (P. albescens). But as you can read in the "See Also" section of the reference page. It may be impossible to distinguish from a photo in certain ranges.
Also called Mint Charlie it is used as an aquarium plant.
I love these guys. But, let me just say...had it been a couple of Kingfishers, priceless.

No, not plume. It looks to me like something in the Tribe Spilomelini, or Tribe Nymphulini, I'm not sure...looks like some kind of Crambid Snout Moth though.
