So long since I took the photo, I have no idea what sort of log it was, sorry!
Sadly, I was so focused on getting a clear flower shot I forgot to get leaf shots today (I've got a couple of others that can only reliably be distinguished by their leaves that I've done the same for), so I'll have to try to pop back soon!
