No, I don't think it's albino because it has the black eye stripe. A colleague of mine suggested that it might be leucistic, causing a lightening of the color. However, this frog is so snow white, it's amazing.

I just found one of those as well, I think even on the same type of flower! Our spottings are close to each other, so they are most likely the same thing. Here's the one I found Friday:
