Thanks! I was very happy to see a bee buzzing around in the park by my house. It's sometimes hard to spot them in NYC.

It's hard to tell--they look so much the same. I'll make the correction. I'm going to go to the nature conservancy near my house and ask them for a map of the plants in the parks surrounding where I live.

Thanks! I'm new to plant identification. I really couldn't tell as I read different things about the colors of apple blossoms. Cherry makes total sense so I'll make the correction. I have another one with white flowers that I tagged as "Apple" for the common name. I'm very new at this. Right now I'm just trying to get families straight. :-) Whoa what fun!
