Que demais, Skel! Sempre quis saber a forma adulta dessa lagarta que vive no quebra-pedra (Phyllanthus sp.). Lindo registro!

Probably it's another specie. Argia lugens' distribution is restricted to North America. http://eol.org/data_objects/21112006

Hi Rugy,
It's more likely to be a dragonfly from Libellula genus. I'm not sure if it's Libellula vibrans (Great Blue Skimmer) or Libellula axilena (Bar-winged Skimmer).

This little guy is very alike to praying mantis nymph of Odontomantis genus.
