Yes i think it a baby rufous-lored kingfisher.:)
It has the structure of a common baby kingfisher but the combination of sky blue color at its back in between the royal blue color of the wings made its appearance unique.
It's just hard to get a good capture with the morning sun as backlight using my iphone through a cheap spoting scope. But i have to take advantage of the chance to capture the image because residents said that it's yet their second time to see this bird here

Hello Leuba Ridgway ..They grow on a tree trunk..on a dead tree trunk In a moist rainforest trail in Mt. Apo in the Philippines. I noticed these lichen while on our hike from the mountain summit..:)
