So far I've only found these in wooded areas away from open water. There's a Bdellid species in the region that lives on rocky shores (maybe sandy beaches too - I'm not sure), Neomolgus littoralis.

Looks like a juvenile running crab spider (family Philodromidae). Most likely genus Philodromus.

It is a wolf spider, though not a Rabidosa species. There are probably three Rabidosa species in your area (R. rabida, R. punctulata and R. hentzi), which you can see on the BugGuide genus page:

My guess would be one of the Gladicosa species:

Looks like an orb weaver in genus Larinioides to me. Maybe L. sclopetarius, but I'm not totally sure.
